We’ve got tips to guide you through the whole process from choosing your goods to ordering them.

Search for goods

Some people like to wander around the shop, others go straight.

  • If you belong to the first group, select the relevant department in the top menu and then select each category of goods until you reach your destination.
  • If you already know what you want, use the search. At the top of the page you will find a search bar that will lead you to the item you want in cooperation with the search engine.

Basket

  1. You can add the item to your cart by clicking the Add to Cart button.
  2. In the basket you will see everything you have put into it in one place – the exact name of the product, availability, number of pieces (you can change it freely) and price without and with VAT.
  3. You will always see the complete contents of your basket when you add items to it or if you click on the basket symbol at the top right of the page.

Login

You can log in as:

  1. New customer, if you are shopping with us for the first time – just enter your email and proceed with the order.
  2. Registered customer, if you have already shopped with us and registered with your password. Fill in your email and password and proceed with your order. In case you have forgotten your password, we will send it to the email you registered with.

The email is used for all communication regarding your order, so it is essential to fill it in.

Shipping and payment

Depending on the size of the goods, you will be offered the most suitable type of transport. You can find a full list of these on the Delivery Methods page .

If you are ordering more than one type of goods with different availability, it is up to you whether you prefer delivery as soon as possible (the shipments will be split and the goods that are in stock will be sent immediately) or wait until all the goods you ordered are in stock and we will then send them to you in one shipment.

In this step of the shopping cart you also choose the payment method. If you also have a gift certificate or discount voucher available, enter the relevant code in the Gift certificate or voucher box and the amount will be deducted from your order immediately.

Order summary and dispatch

A full summary of your order is available before you submit it. If all the details are correct, complete the order by pressing the Submit Order button.

Good to know

  • You will be informed by email of every step in the processing of your order. This way, you have a perfect overview of what is happening with your order and when you can expect delivery of the selected goods. If you wish to change, cancel or cancel the entire order, please contact us by email.
  • The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order for goods marked “Currently unavailable” if the goods can no longer be delivered or replaced by another model or if the price has changed significantly. You will of course be informed of such a situation if it occurs. If part or all of the order has been paid, we will refund the money to your account.
