Care and washing:

Maintenance: The pillow insert is made of extremely soft, open cell foam. To ensure its long life, it is important to properly maintain and clean the pillow.

• Washing: The pad can be washed with a mild detergent up to 60 °C. We do not recommend using chlorinated and chemically aggressive cleaning agents. Brownish discoloration of the foam cannot be avoided, but it does not affect its quality.
• Drying: After washing and rinsing, please remove as much water as possible using a spin cycle. The insert is best air-dried on a dryer. It can also be dried in a dryer at 60°C, but it is important to avoid over-drying.
• Maintenance: Rinse your inner pillow regularly to maintain its fluffiness and shape.

Mattress maintenance

• Washing: Wash on a delicate cycle at a temperature up to 30 °C using a mild detergent. Do not use highly chlorinated or chemically aggressive additives in washing, as they can damage the memory foam during drying.
• Drying: After washing and rinsing, remove as much water as possible by spinning. It is best to let the mattress air dry on a dryer. It can also be dried in a tumble dryer at 60 °C.

Cover

• Maintenance: The fabric is washable at 30 °C on a gentle wash cycle or can be dry cleaned. After washing, it is best to let the cover air dry on a dryer. Iron at a low temperature.
• Maintenance between washes: For easy cleaning between washes, dog hair can be easily shaken out or vacuumed using the upholstery nozzle of your vacuum cleaner. To remove stains from fabric, press a damp cloth onto the stain and wipe the fabric in circular motions. Repeat this process as needed. For more stubborn stains, a mild detergent can be used.
• Notification: When cleaning, avoid solvents, concentrated detergents, or solvent-based cleaning products that contain DMF (dimethylformamide), ketones, esters, methylbenzene, or toluene.
